What condition grades do you offer?
A+ (like new), A (light signs of use) and B (visible wear). Every unit is individually graded and the grade, battery health and SSD SMART report are documented before shipping. You always know exactly what you are receiving.
What warranty do refurbished units carry?
Every unit ships with a 12-month ThinkRefurb warranty covering hardware defects, with a straightforward replacement process. DOA (dead on arrival) units are replaced at our cost, including freight.
Can you customize configurations?
Yes. We can upgrade RAM and SSD, install specific Windows versions or language packs, add fingerprint/smart-card options where the platform supports them, and apply custom asset tags or OEM logos for bulk orders.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Single-unit samples are welcome for evaluation. Standard bulk pricing applies from 10 units, with the best tier pricing from 100 units. Distributors can apply for an exclusive regional agreement.
How do you ship internationally?
We ship by DHL/FedEx/UPS for small orders and air or sea freight for pallet volumes, with full export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, COO). We regularly deliver to Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.
Are the units genuine and data-secure?
All units are genuine Lenovo ThinkPads with original machine types, traceable by serial number. Incoming drives are wiped to NIST 800-88 standards or destroyed on request, and units we ship include a genuine Windows 10 Pro license.
