Grading Standards
Like-new condition. No visible wear on display, keyboard or chassis. Includes new battery and SSD where applicable.
Light signs of use. Minor scuffs possible, screen and keyboard excellent. Fully functional with 12-month warranty.
Visible wear on the chassis or keyboard. Screen may have faint marks. 100% functional, sold with warranty.
🔒 Data Security First
All incoming drives are wiped to NIST 800-88 standards (or physically destroyed on request) before any unit enters our refurbishment line. Drives we install are brand-new or verified-healthy with a full SMART report included in the shipment documentation.
🔋 Battery & SSD Policy
Batteries below 80% design capacity are replaced with new cells; every unit ships with a documented battery health report. SSDs are replaced when wear exceeds 10% — you receive the actual health report with each machine, so there are no surprises at your receiving dock.
